Think America has the world’s highest percentage of female managers? Think again! A recent survey by the International Labor Organization found that you’re most likely to have a female boss if you’re working in Jamaica. This Caribbean island is home to the world’s highest percentage of female managers at nearly 60% and Colombia is close behind with 53% of all managers being female and Saint Lucia rounds out the top three.
